In 1995, after 9 years of law practice in civil and commercial litigation in Canada, he resettled in Hong Kong and established Mandeville & Associates Ltd. Mr. Mandeville has extensive experience in dealing with North American business immigration matters.

As a project manager for the Canadian Government, Ms. Mandeville has accumulated vast experience in the implantation of numerous projects, before moving to Macao in 2007. Since then, Ms. Mandeville has been working in association with our Hong Kong office and she has processed hundreds of application in the business category. She is now in charge of the marketing and the processing of EB5 applications.

Portia Lau is the executive secretary at our Hong Kong head office, she has rich experience in assisting immigrant investors to settle in Canada and in the United States of America. Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Lau was the executive secretary to the Chairman and the CFO of a UK listed company.
