Project Overview

Foreign investors seeking U.S. green cards via the EB-5 investor immigration program may lend the specified sum of money to an experienced developer to build a first-rate American charter school. The building developer, ESJ is a well-established operator in the region, having already built several local charter schools, which are currently serving 8,000 students.

Once construction is complete, the school facility will be made available to Charter School USA for official operation with the state of Florida. The government of Florida will provide steady income for the school’s operating costs, and will oversee the school’s financial and academic performance, as it does all public schools across the state.

School Location: Orlando, Florida

Situated in central Florida, Orlando is the third-largest metropolitan area in the state, with a population of 2.1 million. Nicknamed “The City Beautiful,” Orlando has pleasant weather year-round and excellent demographics for schools. Within a five-mile radius of the school site, there are 100,000 households.

The Finished Facility

The completed school will occupy a 7,395-square-meter site in metropolitan Orlando and have capacity for 1,400 students – spanning kindergarten, elementary, and middle school.
