August 20th 2025 – We are pleased to announce the full repayment of the EB-5 loan for Phase 46 of the EB-5 Charter School Project “Pinecrest Academy”. This milestone underscores the initiative’s success, the strong financial reliability of the charter school projects for EB-5 investors, and positive community impact resulting from the construction of state-of-the-art education facilities.

Located in Viera West, Florida, this STEM-focused, dual-language K-8 public charter school offers families a tuition-free alternative to traditional public schools. Pinecrest emphasizes rigorous academics, inquiry-based learning, and Spanish language acquisition through its flexible curriculum, nurturing critical thinking, global citizenship, and lifelong learning.

The EB-5 Charter School Projects enable international investors to invest in the development of quality education facilities. Thanks to the 1200 EB-5 applicants that invested in the Charter School projects, thousands of students attend brand-new facilities across the state of Florida and can look forward to a better future.

With Phase 46’s repayment, it is 39 Charter School projects that have been successfully completed with a full return of capital of over $434 million to EB-5 investors.
