Three More EB-5 Charter School Projects Fully Repaid to Investors

January 10, 2026 – We are pleased to announce the full repayment of EB-5 loans for three EB-5 Charter School projects. A total of $24 million is returned to EB-5 investors who financed the construction of these schools.

With Phase 41, Phase 43 and Phase 49’s repayment, it is 43 out of 50+ completed Charter School Projects that already received a full return of capital of over $467 million to EB-5 investors. Such an achievement is possible thanks to the judicious selection of investment opportunities and the quality of the financial structuring. In all our Charter School projects, EB-5 investors are granted a first-rank mortgage to secure their capital.

Phase 41 Avalon Park loan payoff amount: $7,000,000

Phase 43 Wesley Chapel loan payoff amount: $10,500,000

Phase 49 Tavares loan payoff amount: $6,500,000

The EB-5 Charter School projects enable international investors to invest in the development of quality education facilities. Thanks to the 1200 EB-5 applicants that trusted our Charter School projects, thousands of students attend brand-new facilities across the state of Florida and can look forward to a better future.

We are committed to quality educational projects and responsible EB-5 investments. For more information about our Charter School completed projects, including the loan repayment proofs of 43 projects, please visit our website: https://www.mandeville.com.hk/eb5-projects-2/
